The "struggle" is the ongoing "pain" of the daily non-linear, and often invisible, multifaceted challenge of managing a chronic illness that impacts every area of a person's life. It is more than just managing symptoms; it is an intense physical, emotional, and practical battle that can lead to a loss of independence and identity, along with high rates of chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. 

Beyond Pain can help you tackle your struggle, your pain, through a collaborative, patient-centred educational program that helps you set meaningful goals, build helpful routines and self-efficacy, and develop sustainable lifestyle behaviours that improve your quality of life and participation in society. 

Our purpose is to help you master all of the aspects of your rehabilitation and daily functioning that are within your control.
