Brooke is a clinical pharmacist and was one of the first pharmacists in Victoria to work in General Practice as a General Practice Pharmacist (GPP) contributing to improving client outcomes in chronic disease through interdisciplinary team-based care.

Brooke holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Diploma of Management and regularly uses her unique skills to educate GP registrars and practice nurses in chronic disease management and care planning.

Brooke is a strong advocate for rural health and improving timely access to care through engaging with government and other medical stakeholders to look at alternate models of care.

Brooke enjoys contributing to her local Primary Health Network ‘HealthPathways’ as a subject matter expert in Medication Management. She has a keen interest in polypharmacy and chronic disease management to complement her lived experience with chronic illness.
