Richelle has over 8 years’ experience as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with national accreditation. She has worked in complex and chronic illness within non-for-profit organisations. Her experience ranges from working independently to working collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments, delivering programs for the prevention and management of chronic disease.
Richelle has also undertaken supervision roles across multiple universities: Queensland Uni, QUT and ACU, and is an active member of ESSA contributing towards their educational material and events.
Her many accolades include consecutive Deans Academic Excellence Awards during her undergraduate studies between 2008-20011, and in 2014 was awarded the Australian Accredited Exercise Physiologist of the Year, by her industry body, ESSA.
Richelle brings a keen interest in best practice illness management and health coaching.
