This two-part Empowering Conversations Workshop conducted via zoom will provide you with an in-depth understanding of concepts of empowerment and understanding fundamentals of client engagement.
There are 4 modules covered within the workshop, each providing invaluable empowerment strategies to utilise in for those in job roles within OHS, Workcover, Insurers, Rehabilitation and all other treating health practitioners. The modules cover theories & in practice strategies proven way to use adversity to build client confidence and engagement.
Further, best practice strategies of building client confidence and engagement from the program can be applied to complex clients. Learn far more strategies than than motivational interviewing an open minded questions.
This workshop blends educational and practical strategies so that the participant leaves armed with effective and proven strategies to improve their client practice with effective methods of empowerment. Our Empowering Conversations Workshops have been attended by allied health and medical professionals and have been delivered in numerous states and online.
Qualifications – BSc Physiotherapy (Hons), Grad Cert Counselling, Cert CBT, Cert REBT
